Museo Universitario del Chopo

The Museo Universitario del Chopo is the critical and reflective reference for new trends within heterodoxies in the performing and visual arts and literature. It preserves the memory of the underground, and encourages the encounter of the various post-underground cultures of today's world with the university community and the general public. The Museo explores and activates creative and critical cultural heterodoxy through transdisciplinary and multidisciplinary initiatives. It generates atmospheres of experimentation and reflection in dialogue with emerging cultural groups and independent networks through transversal programs aimed at the university community and the general public.
