The Museum of Ixelles in Brussels, holds a magnificant collection of turn of the century posters and provides a comprehensive overview of Belgian art from the 19th and 20th centuries. Masterpieces of both modern and contemporary art are housed alongside the most promising artistic creations from Belgium today. Even though it is temporarily inaccessible, the Museum of Ixelles is placing its visitors at the very heart of its project more than ever before.
